“漢語橋”世界大、中學生中文比賽獲獎選手獎學金機票使用說明

　　1. 獎學金機票是“漢語橋”中文比賽選手用所獲獎學金來華讀書的一次性往返國際機票，原則上在來華讀書和畢業回國時使用。需在使用日期前一個月向中外語言交流合作中心提出申請，核定后統一購買。自行購買的機票，不予報銷。

　　2. 請向 chinesebridge@chinese.cn 發送電子郵件提交申請。申請中需寫明出發、抵達城市及具體日期，并將“漢語橋”比賽獲獎證書、獎學金證書、學校錄取通知書、護照個人信息頁的掃描件一并發送。

　　3. 經核定后，主辦方與申請人確認行程，并通過電子郵件發送電子機票予本人。

　　4. 申請時請注意來華機票日期不能早于入學報到前一周，回國機票日期不能晚于學業結束日后一周。

　　5. 一旦經確認出票后，一概不可以退票、改簽。

　　6. 請按以上說明申請使用機票，違背規定的申請將一律不予受理。

Instruction of scholarship plane tickets for winners of “Chinese Bridge” Chinese Proficiency Competition for Foreign Students

1. Scholarship plane tickets are provided as one-time and round-trip tickets for “Chinese Bridge” winners to study in China using their scholarships. Basically, the tickets are used for coming to China to study and the returning trip after graduation. Students are required to apply for the tickets to the Center for Language Education and Cooperation one month before their departure date, and the Center for Language Education and Cooperation will buy the tickets altogether after verification. The plane tickets bought by students themselves cannot be reimbursed.

2. Please send your application to chinesebridge@chinese.cn including write down the departure city, arriving city and departure date in your email; attach the award certificate of the “Chinese Bridge Competition”, the offer from the university and the scanning copy of the personal information page of your passport.

3. After verification, the host will confirm travel information with the winners, and send digital tickets via email.

4. In principal, the date of coming to China should not be a week earlier than the enrollment date, and the date of returning should not be a week later than the graduation date.

5. The plane tickets changed and canceled is not allowed.

6. If the students will not use the tickets by this instruction, they need to bear all the consequences.
